The Shepherd Color Company, a leading supplier of color pigments asked Holt & Reichard to build a new shipping facility. The 43,400 sq.ft. building features fluted block wainscoting matching other Shepherd Color buildings. The loading dock area has three loading docks with dock levelers and an overhang to protect product from the elements. Wall lights bring natural light into the building while energy efficient high bay fluorescent lights provide the balance. The interior houses all shipping offices and high rack storage. Over 25,000 Tons of rock and soil was excavated from the site
