New City Presbyterian Church purchased an existing church building for renovation. They contracted Holt & Reichard, Inc. to renovate all portions of the church. Renovation items included roof restoration, installation of all new forced air heating and air-conditioning systems, new electrical systems, structural alterations for accessibility and new men’s/women’s restrooms. Finishes included updating the sanctuary with new paint, carpet, balcony railings and audio/visual equipment. Additionally a cry room/corridor was created at the rear of the sanctuary. New classrooms were created in the basement and along with new classrooms and a nursery on the second floor.
