Cinna Health Products, a maker of cosmetic products such as Noredol, needed to expand its production capacity. Holt & Reichard and the Cinna Health representatives immediately formed a relationship of team work. The project converted an old dairy into a Class A cosmetic production facility. The challenges on this project began on day one. The existing building had fallen to neglect and various in-adequate improvements had been made over the years. Challenges included underpinning foundations, reinforcing bar joist bearings, and re-aligning bowed walls. The final product consist of beautiful office space, clean production areas and areas for future expansion.
